Use of this website

This website is provided for information about our services. Content, pricing and package details may change; the version published at the time of your agreement applies to your project.

Projects and scope

Work begins from a written scope agreed after your strategy call. Package prices listed on this site are one-time build costs for the described scope; changes outside that scope are quoted separately before work starts.

Maintenance

Maintenance plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancelling maintenance does not affect your ownership of the delivered work.

Ownership

On final payment you own the delivered website, application code, content and data. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licences and are set up in accounts held in your name where possible.

Liability

We deliver services with reasonable professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.
